Shipping policy

Our handbags and shoes are unique and handmade with love and care. We take pride in our workmanship. As we might not have stock available on certain items, these will be made according to your order by our Balinese artisans. As with anything that is hand made, exclusive and not mass produced, things do tend to take a bit longer!

Bags: Please allow 12-18 business days for delivery of your order

Shoes: Please allow 14 - 20 business days for delivery of your order

We also offer custom made orders on request and delivery will take between 12 -18 business days from the date of payment. 

We require a physical address and your cell phone number in your shipping information. This is to ensure efficient delivery of your order without unnecessary delays. 

Delivery is free for orders over R3 000. For orders less than R3 000, delivery costs are R175.
